fertility awareness

Fertility awareness is the practice of observing and charting cervical mucus, basal body temperature, and cervix position. Together, these biomarkers reliably identify fertile and infertile days. Vibrant Cycles teaches the Justisse Method of fertility awareness to help women plan or prevent pregnancy and monitor health. Fertility awareness has value for all women from menarche to menopause.

why the justisse method?

The Justisse Method is the most comprehensive and standardized secular method of fertility awareness. The name "Justisse" comes from the word "justice"; this method is open to everyone and supports all reproductive choices. The method is also unique in its functional medicine approach and focus on the health of the menstrual cycle.

Hi, I'm Kelsey.

I can help you plan or prevent pregnancy and achieve healthy, vibrant cycles. I am passionate about empowering women with the knowledge, freedom, and self-love that come from charting one's unique fertility rhythms.

vibrant cycles

Vibrant Cycles, LLC was founded by Kelsey Barram to educate women about their bodies and their fertility management and reproductive health choices. Kelsey has experienced both the thrill of discovering fertility awareness and the frustration of not knowing about this option sooner or being able to consult with anyone about her charts. Vibrant Cycles aims to share fertility awareness and support women in becoming confident users of the Justisse Method and in achieving healthy cycles.
